Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for all websites operated by The Classical Music Company LLC. By using The Classical Music Company websites, you expressly consent to the use of your information as described in both this Privacy Policy and the International Mozart Competition Vienna Official Rules (The Competition).

Although Contest Applications are made through an Application Form, a third-party document submission platform, the Competition website may automatically collect certain data from you when you visit or browse the site. For example, certain data is collected through a server access log each time a user browses, reads, or downloads information from the competitor’s website. The competitor will never sell that information to a third party company or use your information for any unrelated purpose unless required to do so by force of law.

When you register for the competition, you agree to receive emails from The Competition and The Classical Music Company. These emails allow The Competition and The Classical Music Company to inform you of upcoming competitions, interviews, news, and changes to our website or policies. However, you can unsubscribe at any time. Simply send us an email to unsubscribe at: info@mozartcompetition.org

The Competition and The Classical Music Company will not knowingly collect personal information from any child under the age of thirteen. If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under the age of thirteen and you believe that your child has submitted personal information to our site, please contact us immediately. Applicants under the age of 13 who wish to submit to the Contest through the Application Form, a third-party document submission platform, must do so only with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian will act as the primary point of contact and representative for that applicant.

We do not share your personal information with others, except as indicated below or when we inform you and give you the opportunity to opt out of sharing your personal information.

Authorised Service Providers: We may share your personal information with our authorised service providers who perform certain services on our behalf. These services may include processing credit card payments, delivering packages, providing customer service and support, or other services necessary to support the organisation’s events and activities. These service providers may have access to personal information necessary to perform their functions, but are not permitted to share or use such information for other purposes.

The Competition and The Classical Music Company reserve the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time. The Competition and The Classical Music Company will notify Contest entrants, mailing list subscribers and website visitors of any policy changes by posting on the competition home page and/or by email.
